What we
are looking for
Stratos
Ventures invests in early-stage information and communications
technology companies with a focus on wireless communications
and wireless Internet. However, we are also looking for very
unique and leading edge opportunities in other technology sectors.
How
Stratos Ventures invests
Typically,
we seek investment opportunities of between USD 1 - 5 million.
We look for minority ownership stakes exceeding 15%. However,
each investment is individual and must be tailored to meet the
objectives of both the company and Stratos Ventures. We usually
require a seat in the portfolio company’s Board of Directors.
When
considering investments we look for the following:

revenue model
- Global
growth potential
- Exit
visibility
- Fair
valuation
- New
innovative ideas
- Synergy
with existing portfolio
